Thanks for joining us on Thursday, November 1st for our fall Sustainable Ag Lecture Series presentation with Kelsey Byrd of Clean Air Action. Ms. Byrd is an alumna of the College of Agriculture's master's program and has worked extensively to maximize global greenhouse gas reductions through multi-stakeholder trading.
Learn how carbon markets work, who is using them, how they are verified, and how they are being used in the ag/environment sector to support groundbreaking GHG reduction programs - such as sustainable agriculture, nutrition and reforestation projects in developing countires. This is a a rapidly growing vehicle for promoting health and resilience in otherwise impacted settings.
The presentation is free and open to the general public and will be followed by a question and answer session.
