The Hearst Ranch Dairy Barn

Hearst Ranch This was an opportunity to taste the unique creations of leading Central Coast chefs in one of our most spectacular farm settings – the Hearst Ranch in San Simeon, a private, historic venue rarely available to the general public - all the while supporting Cal Poly's College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences’ Center for Sustainability.

Honoring FARMER OF THE YEAR Alexis Negranti

Alexis Negranti Alexis Negranti of Negranti Dairy and Artisan Creamery was honored at the Center’s annual “Taste of the Future” dinner as the 2012 Farmer of the Year by the Cal Poly CAFES Center for Sustainability .
